The Zeilinger-Meding family runs a Demeter farm with around 25 suckler cows, calves, chickens, cats and two ponies. As a guest, you can visit the farm at any time, watch the daily work, stroke the animals and light a campfire or barbecue in the evening.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tree house can be used all year round and is ideal for couples and families with children. There is a large double bed in the living area, and an upper floor accessible via a ladder offers enough space for up to three children.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and crockery for six people. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. A marble heating panel provides warmth even in the winter months. Bed linen and towels are included. Stair access to the terrace can be secured with doors, which is particularly practical for families with small children.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The south-west facing terrace invites you to linger: In summer, the canopy of surrounding oak trees provides pleasant shade, while in winter the bare forest offers a view of the clear Franconian starry sky. You can reach the farm&#8217;s own swimming pond via a footpath of around 500 meters. The next largest town, Emskirchen, is only 2.5 kilometers away and offers shopping facilities as well as a train station with good connections to Nuremberg and W\u00fcrzburg.
