On a wooded hillside property near K\u00fcrnbach in Kraichgau, between Karlsruhe and Heilbronn, a small fairy tale world has been built into the forest. The visit is most exciting for children between 2 and 8 years old, and depending on how much they want to play, you&#8217;ll stay for an hour or half a day.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where goblins love to cause mischief<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fairy tale trail leads about 800 meters through the forest to the fairy tale huts. There are also play areas for running around and some rides that work with coins. So bring some change with you\u2014you can get it exchanged at the kiosk. The operator team&#8217;s tip: Let the kids play first before heading onto the trail, then they&#8217;ll listen to the fairy tales more quietly. For breaks, there&#8217;s a sofa in the reading corner, among other things.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the snack stand you can get fries, chicken nuggets, and fresh waffles; at the kiosk, ice cream, candy, and drinks. Card payment is not possible, bring cash. Your dog is allowed on a leash, please bring waste bags. The grounds are on a hillside and the paths are not paved\u2014visiting with a stroller is difficult and with a wheelchair only possible with assistance. Open from April to October, Mondays are closed and the forest stays closed in bad weather.
