Toute personne en bonne sant\u00e9 physique et mentale et mesurant au moins 120 cm peut pratiquer l&rsquo;escalade. Le poids maximum ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 120 kg.  Il est recommand\u00e9 de porter des chaussures solides et des v\u00eatements confortables et r\u00e9sistants. Veuillez attacher les cheveux longs.<\/p>\n\n<p>La for\u00eat d&rsquo;escalade de Chemnitz-Rabenstein est ouverte de mars \u00e0 novembre 2025 \u00e0 des horaires variables selon les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.
