Just outside your door, you’ll find a walk-in beaver lodge, newly created hiking trails, and opportunities for exciting bike tours. The tree hotel is located in an absolutely quiet area in the Günzburg district, between Ulm and Augsburg. Thanks to its proximity to the A8 and A7 motorways, arrival is straightforward. Shopping facilities, doctors, and banks can be found in the surrounding villages. All treehouses offer running hot water, electricity, and heating. In the morning, a picnic basket with breakfast made from regional ingredients is delivered to your treehouse. You can find more constantly changing delicacies at Cafe Auszeit.
For further relaxation, the sauna wagon can be booked by the hour – a real treat, especially in the colder months! If you dare, you can refresh yourself in the river after your sauna session.

Hello everyone.I spent my autumn break at Nesthaus with my 9-year-old daughter. It was our second time there this year 😄. It was lovely, and we were wonderfully catered for with a generous breakfast. A truly special hotel – highly recommended for families with children! The unique treehouses and stilt houses nestled in an idyllic little forest are a real highlight. We stayed in the Meadow House, which, although small, was very charming. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the thoughtful design.Our children were thrilled: They could climb up a tree ladder to the upper level and had their own little kingdom – a real adventure! The nearby stream, where we were allowed to fish thanks to a day fishing permit, was also a great experience for young and old alike.Breakfast was delivered fresh and hot in a basket right to our door each morning – delicious and a lovely touch! The playground and the swing set under the house were also thoroughly enjoyed.Another highlight was the adorable kittens, which our children immediately fell in love with.And for those looking for something extra to do: Legoland is only about a 15-minute drive away.In conclusion: A wonderfully original hotel with great attention to detail – perfect for families who appreciate nature, tranquility, and little adventures. We highly recommend the Bauhotel Auszeit to any family who enjoys nature.

We had a wonderful Christmas party! We were exceptionally well looked after with lots of love and delicious regional products. The whole family gave us such a warm welcome, with a great atmosphere around the campfire and a welcome drink. A real insider tip!
