Rustic Treehouse in Schluchsee Nature Park

The nature park with the Schluchsee Treehouse Hotel has made it its mission to offer you a balance in times of stress and fast-paced living. An original and deliberately simple retreat into nature. In addition to overnight stays in the treehouse, there are barbecue areas, campsites, and the opportunity for team events. The nature camp only provides accommodations, sanitary facilities, and electrical connections. You need to bring all cooking utensils yourself. You can grill sausages at four large barbecue areas. The large barbecue area with a surface of 59 sqm is covered and protects you from wind and weather. Numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the area. You can rent bikes at the bike rental at Schluchsee.

The nature park is run by an association and the offer is primarily aimed at youth groups. There is an open “cooking hut” with storage surfaces, light, electricity, water, and sinks. Important: Please bring your own cooking utensils such as gas stoves, pots, dishes, glasses, etc. Please also bring your own cooler to keep food fresh. The barbecue areas have height-adjustable grill grates.

Welcoming and friendly host! Speaks decent English. Several possibilities for campers to stay. Very cheap! Fresh water and hot showers available in rudimentary form, very reasonable for the price though! You need to bring your own utilities and sleeping material.

Besides beds they have everything you need for honest prices. The host was really friendly as well; gave us a tour of all the options before deciding what to buy.I did sleep horribly (not at all) in the floating tipi, but we forgot to close the door completely, so there was some draft that kept me awake. (I thought the door was completely shut, so assumed I just couldn't handle the cold breeze.)
