Since 1996, over 2,500 gnomes of all kinds and sizes have lived in Zwergenpark Trusetal, the fairy-tale forest of garden gnomes. The park is located in the Thuringian Forest, not far from the Trusetal Waterfall and within sight of the Großer Inselsberg. Among beautiful, curious, and amusing sights, you’ll even find the currently only gnome tree, where you can watch gnomes grow from gnome fruits.
The park railway travels with a jingle through a tunnel, past the idyllic pond, and across the grounds. On one side, life goes on in the Heinzelmännchen Forest, while on the other, the gnome uprising rages. Things get active at the 7-meter climbing rock, on the trampoline, and at the 18-hole gnome golf course. The House of the Gnome also features the Thuringian Garden Gnome Museum.
The Zwergen-Schänke and the Zwergen-Imbiss Gnomeria with beer garden take care of refreshments. The season runs from early April to late October, open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, except in June when Monday and Tuesday are rest days. Families save 50 cents per person with the family ticket, as do groups of 10 or more. Companions of people with disabilities have free admission.

Funny and amusing park with good coffee and nice lunch menu. When you go there look at the small museum inside the building.
Expensive and not worth the money. Mainly kids attractions.
We came from the UK 4 years ago and absolutely brilliant here
So many gnomes everywhere!! A lot to see, but a very very small park.
