It offers 10 m² of space for two guests and has a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm), a cozy hanging swing and a balcony. The highlight: you can open the window and side wall and greet the day above the treetops with an unobstructed view of the Allgäu mountains.
In the morning, you can pull your breakfast up to the tree house in a romantic way using the rope hoist – an experience that will make your overnight stay something very special. The natural furnishings create an authentic atmosphere: a wash bowl with fresh spring water and a discreetly placed chemical toilet are part of the basic facilities, while the shower and toilet are located in the hotel building around 200 meters away.

The Schlossanger Alp mountain hotel
The 4-star superior hotel is located at an altitude of 1,130 meters in the middle of picturesque alpine meadows, surrounded by the Allgäu mountains in Pfronten. The Schlachter-Ebert family is the fifth generation to run the hotel and offers 35 individually designed rooms and suites in addition to the tree house.
The hotel’s restaurant is ranked among the best 300 restaurants in Germany every year and spoils you with regional Allgäu cuisine. The wellness area has a year-round heated outdoor pool, a whirlpool, several saunas, an organic swimming pond and a relaxation area with panoramic views.
Activities in the surrounding area
The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: hikes and mountain bike tours start directly from the hotel. Nearby attractions include the Falkenstein castle ruins (just 400 meters away), Lake Alatsee and Lake Hopfensee. Neuschwanstein Castle, Oberstdorf and Lake Constance are also easily accessible from here.
