This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve been to, if not the best. It was genuinely a fairytale, and every detail was perfect. I was nervous because I booked a weekend getaway as a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday, but the hotel and everyone in it exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The spa is phenomenal, with so many different saunas with views and relaxing areas and a beautiful outdoor pool. Heavenly massage. The surroundings??? Insane views and beautiful beautiful garden. The food. Spectacular. Most delicious restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so incredibly kind there, I’ve never felt more loved hahaha. I mentioned in a message in parentheses, that it was my bf’s birthday which I thought would go unnoticed, and they even made him a birthday card and a nice special dinner setting with birthday wishes left to right (I hadn’t even asked or said anything in person). There are so so many things to see in the area!! We went to see Neuschwanstein castle and the city Füssen which is only a 15 min drive. They have dozens of board games and books and a beautiful bar where you can play or relax or drink. We played on a beautiful chess board while drinking great whisky. To summarise, you will not regret coming here. We will definitely be back ❤️

Excellent hotel with a fantastic wellness area, including a wonderful outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant has a decent variety of choices and extensive wine list. Rooms are good and quiet. It was quite hot in June, so lack of A/C may be an issue on hot day, although at 1100m altitude it may still refresh.
