Spend the night on the Weser loop

In the Weserbergland, in a small village near Rinteln, the Baumhaushotel Wesertal is located opposite the Hohenrode floodplain landscape. The Weser bend with its seabirds and red kites is literally within sight, and with a bit of luck you can watch the sea eagle fishing from the large terrace. The tree house is built in and around an old cherry tree, with the structure raised on screw foundations to protect the tree’s roots. The façade is made of oiled spruce wood, the roof is made of untreated Canadian cedar and the terrace is made of larch wood: a conscious decision was made to use natural woods.

Inside, two double beds are spread over two floors: the first large bed is located in the lower living and sleeping area, and a comfortable staircase in a turret takes you to the cozy loft with the second sleeping area.

The tree house offers space for up to four people and is built to be allergy-friendly. It is heated with modern infrared panel heaters and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and coffee machine. There is no other media equipment, but WLAN and a landline telephone are available free of charge.

The 750 square meter property is fully fenced and at your sole disposal, including a wildflower meadow, play area for children and bicycle shed.

The Weser cycle path and numerous hiking trails are within walking distance, and canoeing on the Weser is also possible. Rinteln and the Pied Piper town of Hameln are nearby. The prices are valid all year round and regardless of the day of the week, the minimum stay is three nights.
