High Ropes Course near Albstadt-Ebingen
The Waldheim High Ropes Course is hidden in the forest between Albstadt-Ebingen and Bitz, right next to the Waldheim Leisure Center – a true nature adventure high up in the treetops of the Swabian Alb. Offering both exhilaration and thrill, 13 different courses with over a hundred climbing elements are waiting to be conquered by you – all secured by a continuous safety system of the highest safety level.
From Bambini Course to Pro Tour
Whether alone, as a couple, with family, a school class, or a club team: you’ll all find the right challenge here. Even your little ones can climb along – the three Bambini Courses are designed for children aged 3 and up, allowing them to explore safely and independently. For older climbers, green, blue, and red courses lead further and further up, all the way to the black “Schwarzwild” (Wild Boar) course and the “Wipfelpfad” (Treetop Path) at a height of 15 meters. The facility’s construction is based on an experiential education concept: climbing here is a team sport, focusing on mutual help, trust, and cohesion.
Your physical well-being is taken care of – the Waldheim Leisure Center beer garden is right next door, and modern, clean sanitary facilities are available on site. Your spectators are always welcome and can watch the activity in the trees for free. Your journey leads via the signs for “Freizeitzentrum Waldheim” (Leisure Center Waldheim) (GPS address: Am Waldheim 1, 72458 Albstadt-Ebingen).

The staff are all very friendly. However, some of the ropes are too high, making it difficult for children to hang on and climb. Additionally, the prices are not cheap: 26 Eurofor adults, 17 Euro for children aged 7-11, and 14 Euro for children aged 3-6.
