Right next to the Tiefenhöhle on the Swabian Alb, the Laichingen Climbing Forest—Baden-Württemberg’s largest climbing forest—awaits you. Across 19 courses with increasing levels of difficulty, you’ll climb from tree to tree, over shaky bridges, net bridges, and the Tarzan rope up to a height of 16 meters. A real highlight is the longest zip line, stretching 152 meters. Located in the middle of a beautiful forest area near Laichingen, easily accessible from Ulm and Stuttgart, an adventure for the whole family awaits here.
At the Laichingen Climbing Forest, there is something for every age. The little ones can start from age 2 on the low Bambini course at about one meter high, always accompanied by an adult. From age 5, you can independently tackle the regular courses, which increase step by step, all the way to the demanding tours for ages 16 and up. This means families, school classes, groups of friends, and corporate teams will all find their challenge. Since 2015, the Coudou Pro continuous belay system has ensured safety, making accidental unhooking impossible.
Right in front of the climbing forest, there are parking spaces for cars, motorhomes, and buses, which you share with guests of the Tiefenhöhle. After climbing, the beer garden invites you for a snack, and for puzzle fans, the new Explor Games offer an additional adventure for the whole family. Your four-legged friends are welcome on a leash, and please remember to wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and closed gloves for climbing. It’s best to reserve your slot online in advance; on weekends and public holidays, only morning slots can be booked.

One of the best Kletterwald in Germany. There is a variety of courses that range from easy to professional level. Each course consists of a variety of obstacles, and can be as high as 16m, and take from 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete. Warm up on the easier courses and then move up. You can spend a whole day here and only complete 3 courses depending on the level.of difficulty...
This place is absolutely brilliant. I come here every summer with my boys and we have the best time. They have a large number of courses at different levels to suit all abilities, with a wide range of fun and interesting challenges. The two 'black' courses. Risiko and Profi are but for the faint hearted!
Awesome fun for the entire family Be ready to push your limits and be challenged every step of the way. We went there with kids of different ages (6,12 and 17) and they all had equally great time. They also serve food, nothing special: frozen fries and grilled sausages, schnitzel and that kind of stuff. Staff is kind and helpful.
A lots of routes with varying difficulty levels. Especially with growing kids this place has fun for many years, even as such. The time slot of 3 hours is a little short for the place like this. Personally I would do a bit longer stints.Has also a working "restaurant" with reasonable prices for hunger.Definitely one of the better Kletterwalds.
Because of Corona there is a waiting time for training. Lots of different routes. The works at the park are helpful and nice. Was my second visit to the park and the next one is already starting to be planned. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and for anyone that is looking for a challenge. Extremely fun and challenging
