Right in the heart of the picturesque Schönbuch, just a stone’s throw from Herrenberg and around 30 km southwest of Stuttgart, the Herrenberg forest high ropes course is waiting for you. Here you’ll climb among the treetops, breathe in fresh forest air, and enjoy an action-packed day with family, friends, or your team. Whether it’s the fresh spring forest, the cool summer woods, or the colorful autumn canopy: with us, climbing is more than an adventure—it’s a true nature experience.
At airy heights of 4 to 13 meters, 7 varied courses await climbing fans aged 6 and up. From beginner routes to more challenging obstacles, there’s something for every level—including highlights like the Flying Fox, the PowerFan jump into the depths, and a course with a safety net. The youngest climbing fans aged 3 and up can do laps on their own kids’ course (up to a height of 1.40 m). The price includes full climbing gear with harness and helmet.
The forest high ropes course is the perfect place for school classes, children’s birthday parties, clubs, sports teams, and corporate team events. If you like, you can even experience the forest at night with the popular night climbing. After your adventure, you can refuel at the WaldKiosk or the Waldcafé with coffee, snacks, or a tasty pizza at the forest edge. Please book your harness and check-in slot in advance online, as walk-ins can’t be guaranteed.
